This journey all started when a good friend of the owner asked him "How'd you like a job delivering TV's"? The Owner Derrick started off as a delivery driver for Pauls Tv "The king of Big Screens" in a small building in La Habra, Ca. delivering TV's. It was this very place where he witnessed first hand what it looked like to cater to clients as if they were family. After 6 years with the company Paul decided it was time to retire and the investors that purchase the company completely changes the dynamics of what was once a perfect system. Due to the changes and his interested to grow within the industry Derrick went on to work for a few key players in the game where his experience and confidence grew allowing him to take the leap of faith to provide a service and solution opposite of what he realized unfortunately seemed to be an industry standard. The standard where the small jobs weren't worth it and the large jobs were a opportunity to sell a control solution that continually seemed to be broken. on to a hope that a system version update was going to make everything better. With this all being said, we pride ourselves in treating prospective and existing clients like family. Its about clearly understanding the expectation and educating our client's in a way that allows them to make a educated decision.
